Students of Shivalik Public School attended a workshop on AI under the Shiksha Saptah Day 5 - Skilling and Digital Initiative Day at Baptist Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh, on 26th July 2024.
IT instructor, Ms Ashima Abrol along with our students: Alvera Ansari of XII, Kanika of X-B, Sidak of X- C, Akshara of X-B and Eishaan Kumar of IX-E. The workshop aimed to introduce students to an exciting world of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. The event included explanation of some basic gadgets used nowadays in AI such as sensors, arduino was given through a ppt. Basics of Robotics, Fundamentals of AI and Hands-on Robotics Projects were the key areas of discussion. Towards the end, a demo of ultrasonic sensors was given and the students were provided equipments for hands on practice. The whole session was quite interesting and enhanced students’ knowledge to a great extent.
