FOUNDER'S DAY AND BAISAKHI CELEBRATION
Founders’ Day is traditionally a very important day in the school calendar. Shivalik Public School Chandigarh, celebrated its 54th Founder’s Day with great enthusiasm and zeal on 13th April,2024. The entire school celebrated the legacy of courage, determination, strength and perseverance embarking upon a new journey completing 54 years of incessant commitment towards building a better society on the auspicious occasion of Baisakhi. The ‘Kirtan Jatha’ of the Ragis and students recited Shabads which swayed everybody to the bliss of the divine world. Thereafter speeches and poetic recitations were presented by the students who expressed their sentiments on the historical importance of the Baisakhi Day. The seamless festivities well complemented with the address of the principal Dr. Gurkiran Jeet Nalwa, wherein she reminded the staff and students of long rich history and culture of the school .
