Grandparents are a family’s greatest treasure , the founders of loving legacy ,the greatest story tellers ,the keepers of traditions. They are the family’s strong foundation . To honour them , Kindergarten wing of Shivalik Public School celebrated Grandparents day with fanfare. The energetic learners took the opportunity to show their love and gratitude towards them by perfoming ,dances, role play and poetry recitation . These activities ,also highlited the bond between the grandparents and the children.Their enthralling performance left everybody spellbound and thoroughly mesmerized . The success of the event was evident through the joyful smiles and teary eyes of the grandparents as they were overwelmed to see the children performimg for them.It was a memorable moment for the Grand parents who left with pleasant memories ,lots of appreciation and heaps of blessings to the school and Management The programme was graced by the principal Mrs Anupkiran kaur. she added spark to the event by throwing light upon the importance of Grandparents in the life of young learners .
