On World Health Day 2023, Teachers of SPS 78 shared the following tips to stay fit with the students
- Eat a combination of different nutritious foods, including fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and whole grains.
- Maintain an adequate amount of sodium and sugar in the diet.
- Reduce eating junk food.
- Exercise regularly.
- Get a medical check-up regularly.
- Drink safe water.
