Diwali

Diwali is all about happiness, love, sharing and celebrations. *
Diwali week was celebrated at Shivalik Public School, Patiala in Kindergarten with all its grandeur. The children participated in different art and craft activities.
The tiny tots enjoyed lunch together. They were guided to eat wisely and avoid the wastage of food. They were urged to help their parents in maintaining the cleanliness of their home. The students of other blocks participated in Diya decoration, candle decoration and thali decoration activities. The students of senior classes participated in rangoli making competition where students made attractive and colourful rangolis using safe,non-chemical and harmless colours to depict the traditional fervor. The teachers enlightened the students about the importance of the festival and the relevance of Eco-friendly celebration.
