NO BAG DAY

On November 14, Our school celebrated No Bag Day with great excitement and joy, marking both Children’s Day and a day of creative activities for Classes 1 and 2. The students participated in a variety of fun-filled events that not only entertained them but also aligned with the objectives of the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) and National Education Policy (NEP).

The activities included a Healthy Tiffin Competition, where students brought their nutritious and creative snacks. The **Decorative Salad and Fruit Platter activity encouraged creativity while promoting healthy eating habits. The ppt on Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru was shown to the students. Students also engaged in *Clay Modeling, where they expressed their imagination through art, and enjoyed a **Nature Walk, connecting with the environment around them. *Swings were  also taken by the students.

Additionally, there were fun activities like Paper Folding (Origami), **Photo Frame Making with Ice Cream Sticks, and **Dance performances, all aimed at boosting creativity and teamwork. As part of the celebration, the children recited Rhymes and spoke Lines dedicated to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, honoring his legacy. These cultural activities helped them develop their confidence and public speaking skills.

All these activities were designed to foster holistic development as outlined in the NCF and NEP, focusing on physical, cognitive, and emotional growth while encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and a love for learning.
